Most UK retailers we feature, including Amazon and eBay, accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Orders placed between 1 November and 31 January usually qualify for an extended 60-day return window during the Christmas period. Returned items should be new and in their original packaging, and are normally sent back by mail using the retailer’s own return label. Top10Christmas.co.uk does not charge restocking fees, and refunds are typically processed by the retailer within around five business days of receiving the returned item.
